Thought Field Therapy offers a rapid way of helping people manage a variety of addictive substances and addictive urges.  Usually in a single session we can eliminate the cravings and I can teach you some healthy techniques for managing stress and anxiety.  I will also leave you with some ways to maintain the treatment and control any future cravings.

I can’t ‘make you’ stop smoking or using other drugs. You have to have be ready to take responsibility for making use of the skills and tools I give you. If you use them tools, you won’t want to smoke/use the drugs.

I use a powerful combination of TFT, Neuro Linguistic Programming & Hypnotherapy.  This triple therapy approach is very effective.

I can give you back the control over your addictive urges, whatever they are.

Smoking Cessation
I have been a smoker for about 5 years; i have tried to give up cigarettes on more than one occasion, but a sudden bout of stress or being in a clubbing environment, has consistently brought me back to nicotine. Dominic’s TFT treatment has simply silenced the connection between me and cigarettes, as if it never had been there in the first place.

The result has been consistently surprising, to the point that not only i have not smoked, but not even thought of cigarettes as something that can be interacted with. I have carried with me a packet of the brand i used to smoke  in my bag at all time for the past 4 weeks since the treatment, and whether stressed, or drunk after a night with friends, or during a lengthy chill out under the effects of an array of substances surrounded pretty much by constant smoking,

i have not had any drive towards picking up a cigarette and lighting it up; my desire towards it, so as my capacity to see smoking as a pleasurable activity have been erased from the data-bank of my mind. I don't think i can express this better than by saying that somehow it feels like i never have been a smoker, as i am now free from the haunting imprint that smoking had, its taste, the familiar actions involved, the warm inhaling, the pausing through conversation and the pacing of many social activities has had on me since i started it. It's gone, somewhere far remote from my body and my mind.
